This house for sale on the coast of Granada is located near the beautiful marina and beach in La Herradura. In fact, from the house it is possible to walk down to the marina and beach or it is a mere 5 minutes by car.

The house is semi-detached, and it is part of a small complex of just 10 units. What makes this house so unique is its size and flexible design. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total, 2 kitchens and 2 living/dining rooms. The property is connected internally but this internal connection can be closed off with a door that is already in place so that this house works perfectly as 2 separate properties. This unit belongs to the original developer of the community so clearly he kept the best unit for himself. Due to the design, it would be an ideal house to purchase between 2 families so each family could have their own part of the house. Another alternative would be to live in of the units and rent out the other unit (each unit has access to its own, enormous private terraces), or it is perfect for sharing holidays between a family of multiple generations with everyone having their own space and privacy. This lower level is even more spacious than the upper level and has a larger kitchen and since it has integral access from the garage and is closest to the communal pool, quite frankly, if you were only using part of the house, you could easily decide to use this level as the main house.

The access down to the communal pool, paddle court and gardens is via the lowest level. This property could have had private steps to lead down directly to this area (the other units do, but the owners of this house decided not to do), so their access is via the garage area.
