This beautiful villa was completely renovated in 2014, by a leading Spanish architect that specialises in modern design and the famous French designer Jean Paul Espinosa. The result is a unique villa that is "as new". The only thing that remains of the original villa is the structure, but even that was reinforced to allow for enormous wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows and to internally communicate the lower level with the entrance and main level. Extensive thought went into every single detail of this villa, so your comfort and enjoyment are guaranteed.

The previous owners, who undertook this work, have outstanding taste and very high standards. The property is completely secure and enclosed. There is an open parking area that can accommodate 3 cars. Additionally, there is a double garage that can accommodate 2 cars plus has storage space and a lift that goes up to the main level of the villa.
