Built in 2000 and completely updated in 2016, this villa is like new. It is spacious and full of light. It is situated on a south facing plot of approximately 1200 m2, overlooking the Mediterranean in the prestigious Urbanisation Monte de los Almendros. The location is ideal because it is very private and isn´t overlooked, it enjoys sun from sunrise to sunset and since it isn´t possible to build anything else around the villa since the land to the side of the property is rustic.
