About Us
We are a family owned and operated business based in the south of Spain in the quaint coastal town of Salobrena, which is located on the virtually undiscovered Costa Tropical of Granada. For nearly a decade, we have been developing, buying and selling property in this special part of Andalusia. We have also been renting our holiday villas since 2003 and we are blessed with hundreds of clients, who are now friends, that return time and time again not only because they enjoy the quality of our villas, but also because they appreciate our friendly and personalised service and attention to detail.
Since many of our rental guests end up falling in love with Salobrena and the Costa Tropical, it was a natural progression for us to open up an estate agency at the entrance of the exclusive Urbanization Monte de los Almendros, where the majority of our villas for sale and rent are located. As property owners and significant investors here, we know the market intimately. We can help you find the villa or plot of your dreams and assist you through every step of the buying and selling process.
