I cannot recommend highly enough www.cumbrevillas.com, they were totally brilliant, in every way, from start to finish.
We have known Marla (the boss!) for 3 years now, since we viewed some villas she had for sale.
Cumbre Villas had our house on their books for only a short time, after it had been with another agent for ages.
We know Marla to be professional, efficient, trustworthy and honest as well as incredibly hard working, and a thoroughly nice "can do" person.
Her assistants Africa and Christina seem to have been recruited with similar qualities. Their attention to detail was incredible.
It sounds like I'm on commission (I'm not!) but we were really impressed with their service.

To top it all , your staff are so nice! I had thought that it would take a rather long time to sell, given the downturn in the market at present.

Liebe Marla und lieber Juan,
Wir haben das Gefühl, dass wir euch schreiben müssen, um euch beiden für euren enormen Einsatz bei dem Verkauf unseres Hauses auf dem Monte de los Almendroszu danken. Vom Beginn an habt ihr uns sehr gut beraten, sowohl was den Wert unseres Hauses anbelangt als auch über die Art der Präsentation. Anschließend habt ihr potenzielle Käufer ausgewählt und nur diese zur Besichtigung in unser Haus geführt, die auch wirklich zum Kauf bereit waren und über die notwendigen finanziellen Mittel verfügten.
Während des Verkaufsprozesses war euch nichts zu viel, ihr konntet sowohl mit unseren Fragen als auch mit den der Käufer sehr gut umgehen. Ihr habt die legalen Hürden mit Leichtigkeit genommen, was damit endete, dass ihr sowohl die Käufer als auch uns als Verkäufer glücklich gemacht habt. Nachdem alle Verhandlungen vorüber und die Verträge ausgetauscht waren, ging eure Hilfe weiter, indem ihr uns eine sehr effiziente Umzugsfirma empfohlen und euch für die neuen Besitzer um die Reparatur eines defekten Haushaltsgerätes gekümmert habt.
Nocheinmal vielen Dank an euch beide, wir werden nicht zögern, Cumbre Villas weiter zu empfehlen.

vielen Dank für deine harte Arbeit bei diesem Verkauf. Ich weiß, es ist deine Arbeit und du wirst dafür bezahlt, aber Geld kann nicht die Mühe und die Überlegungen, die du in diesen Verkauf gesteckt hast, aufwiegen. Ganz zu schweigen von deiner Geduld!!
Nun musst du nur noch Villa Granada für mich verkaufen!!!
