I cannot recommend highly enough www.cumbrevillas.com, they were totally brilliant, in every way, from start to finish.
We have known Marla (the boss!) for 3 years now, since we viewed some villas she had for sale.
Cumbre Villas had our house on their books for only a short time, after it had been with another agent for ages.
We know Marla to be professional, efficient, trustworthy and honest as well as incredibly hard working, and a thoroughly nice "can do" person.
Her assistants Africa and Christina seem to have been recruited with similar qualities. Their attention to detail was incredible.
It sounds like I'm on commission (I'm not!) but we were really impressed with their service.

Estimada Marla, Estimado Juan,
Queríamos escribiros para agradeceros el tremendo esfuerzo que habéis demostrado para llevar a cabo la venta de nuestra casa en la Urbanización Monte de los Almendros.
Desde el principio, nos distéis excelentes consejos sobre la mejor manera de tasar y presentar la propiedad. Luego, buscasteis posibles compradores y sólo nos trajisteis clientes listos para comprar.
Durante el proceso de venta, resolvisteis nuestras dudas y las de los compradores sin ningún problema. Superasteis con facilidad todos los trámites legales, para el deleite tanto del comprador como del vendedor.
Una vez que las negociaciones fueron terminadas y la escritura firmada, seguisteis ayudando a ambas partes: poniéndonos en contacto con una compañía de mudanza muy eficaz y encargándose de la reparación de un electrodoméstico defectuoso para los nuevos dueños.

Gracias por haber trabajado tanto en esta venta. Sé que es tu trabajo y que ganas tu vida con esto pero el esfuerzo y el empeño no se pagan con dinero, y creo que has demostrado tener estas dos virtudes, ¡sin hablar de tu paciencia!
¡Ahora sólo necesito que vendas mi otro chalet, Villa Granada!
