Dear Marie, Ana, and the CumbreVilla team,

We stayed for a week at "Vista del Mediterraneo" just outside Almunecar, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful villa. It was perched on the hill overlooking the Med with fantastic views as promised, and the villa itself was magnificent. The description of the villa did not truly prepare us for how beautiful it REALLY was--and it "did everything it promised" and much more. How refreshing to hire a villa that is obviously the owners' pride and joy--it was fun looking after it for them!

I must also compliment the CumbreVilla staff at every level. The initial contact via email was promptly answered graciously and with personality, and every subsequent query was no different. Inside the villa was a "general help" book that covered everything from the washing machine and barbeque grill to local trips and restaurants...which we referred to daily. The "pool man" arrived as promised and was very helpful as did the cleaning team.

All in all, it was a brilliant week thanks to the villa, the friendly team of people, the company and (fortunately) the weather...I would certainly and unreservedly recommend your company to anyone as a 5 star experience!

Thank you so much again--and we look forward to our next visit to the Costa Tropical.

We had a fantastic time at the villa and couldn’t fault it.

It is a lovely place to stay and it’s hard to come up with any improvements as everything seems to have been thought of already.

I would be more than happy to give you a more detailed summary of our experience for the website if you think this will help to promote the villa to future guests and I will have a look through the photos and see if there is anything suitable.
