This warm and inviting, 3 bedroom villa is located directly on the small and beautiful beach of Playa Cabria in Almunecar. It is truly one of the few natural paradises that remain on the Spanish coastline. The area is extremely peaceful and the setting is so unique because it is very difficult to find a house so close to the sea. You can literally hear the waves from inside the house. The house and the grounds are completely enclosed so the house has privacy from other people that may be on the beach.
There are lovely sea views from the villa, especially from the loft area of the house. Not only is the beach right on your front door step, so you can swim whenever you want, there is the added convenience of having 2 great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Within a 10 minute walk you have several more restaurants to choose from.
This lovely, Spanish holiday home has been completely re-done. It is in impeccable condition. It was designed and decorated to create a most welcoming atmosphere. You can see the Spanish design touches throughout and you can definitely tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has been put into the villa. You are most certain to feel at home here immediately.
The house is built primarily on one level and there is level access from the road, which makes this property very suitable to people with limited mobility. There is a second floor to the villa, but that area is a loft, which contains a second lounge, an office area and a sofa bed. This area doesn’t have to be accessed regularly so someone in a wheel chair would have everything at their disposal on the main floor of the villa.
The most striking feature of the interior of this villa is the double height, vaulted wood ceilings and the open plan design. When you enter the house you will be amazed by a feeling of spaciousness, warmth and light. There are large windows high up on the walls that bring the blue skies inside and the sea views as well. The walls are done in a peach colour with a stucco effect and with the wood and wrought iron, this creates a wonderful feel.
The living room and kitchen open out to the terrace area. There is a retractable sun awning outside, so you can still be outside and comfortable even in the middle of the day. Behind the house is a large, level garden with lawn. This is a perfect place for children to safely play. There is plenty of room for the sun loungers as well as al fresco dining.
Back inside, there are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. If there are more than 6 of you, an extra guest or two could sleep on the sofa beds in the loft area. This is most suitable for children.
The house is quite cool in the summer as the sea breeze really works its magic. At night in summer, sometimes it is necessary to sleep with a blanket. Hearing the waves break outside will ensure a good night´s sleep.
The house has a fully furnished kitchen and includes a dishwasher. There is a utility room as well with a washing machine and tumble dryer. If you don´t want to cook, there are 2 wonderful and very affordable restaurants nearby.
