VILLA ROLLANDA

Villa Rollanda is located two kilometers up the mountain “Monte de los Almendros” in Salobreña and has a great view.

The Monte de los Almendros is considered to be one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods at the Costa Tropical of Granada. The villa is well connected and is located barely 100 km away from the major regional airports of Malaga and Granada. The access to the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood is easy, since it is close to the N-340 national road, which connects Malaga with Almería. It is also just a few kilometers to the beautiful coastal towns Salobreña and Almuñecar and their unique beaches.

This luxurious holiday villa with private heated pool is a treat for the senses. The sea views are boundless and can be enjoyed both from within and from outside the chalet, but the best place to enjoy them is from the huge pool and the spacious garden with meadow .
