This magnificient villa is designed by a well known architect and is ideal for your family holidays. The villa is south-east orientated and enjoys sunshine nearly all day long. The exterior of this villa still keeps a typical andaluz style, but inside it is quite modern.
On the spacious plot you will find a tropical garden with palm and fruit trees, amongst them banana, oranges, lemon, mango, etc. Around the house you will find lawn, which will offer you even more freshness during your stay in summer, as it keeps everything cool.
On the ground floor you find the modern and luxurious kitchen, two spacious living areas with open fire places and a cloak room.
The three bedrooms are on the upstairs level. There are two bathrooms here, one en-suite. From all bedrooms you can access a big terrace with sea and mountain views.
There is air conditioning (hot and cold air) in the lounge/dining room and in the master bedroom. There is also possibility to have internet (only wifi).
On the plot you also find an outdoor bar area with barbecue to enjoy the typical Spanish way of live.
The guests of this villa have also free access to the communal installations with pool and tennis court, which you can reach within 2 minutes walk. At a 10 minutes drive there is a golf course, and of course, a great variety of beaches.
