This modern, split-level villa has truly spectacular open sea views that can be enjoyed from both inside & outside. There are 7 sunny terraces, central air conditioning, a heated private pool, hot tub, garage & lift. Layout of the Villa

• Ground level:

From the road, you enter a private garage with a lift.

• Entry level:

The lift opens onto a striking minimalist style, open plan, lounge, diner & kitchen. There are 2 terraces here, one with a gas barbeque & a table for 6. There is also a cloak room on this level.

• Second level:

Up a flight of stairs is the first bedroom. This bedroom has a full size bed, an ensuite bathroom & a private terrace. There is also a utility room with a washer & tumble dryer on this level.

• Third level:

Six steps lead up to the master bedroom & to the door of the stairs that lead to the pool. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed & a large sliding glass door opening onto a private terrace. The views from the master bedroom, bathroom & terrace are truly awe-inspiring. The Moorish castle of Salobrena and the mountains can be seen. The castle is illuminated at night. It is a shame to close the blinds even in the evening!

• Fourth level:

8 steps lead up to the third bedroom. This bedroom has a full size bed, built-in wardrobes & an ensuite bathroom.

• Roof top terraces:

The 3 terraces that surround the pool are very spacious (220 meters in total) and are ideal for entertaining. They enjoy sun from very early in the morning to very late in the evening & the views are absolutely breathtaking.

The heated pool is 7 metres long and ranges from 3.2 to 4 metres in width. There is also a nice summer kitchen, which is perfect to enjoy al fresco meals. The hot tub accommodates 6 people. Soaking in the hot tub is like being in heaven on earth as the views and even the stars and the illuminated castle are picture perfect.

The Area

This part of the Andalusian coast is especially spectacular, because it combines mountain with ocean view, thanks to the proximity to the world famous Sierra Nevada mountain range.

Within almost just an one hour drive visitors can enjoy hiking, skiing, cycling and relaxing beach holidays. Yes, you’ve heard wrigth, skiing! In Southern Spain! The close-by Sierra Nevada is a popular snow-rich skiing destination with mountains of over 3000m meter height. Mount Mulhacén being the highest with 3478 meters.
