This contemporary 4 bedroom, 4,5 bath villa with infinity pool is built on the nice hillside community of Monte de los Almendros in Salobreña, Andalucia, Spain. The construction was completed in May 2020. It is set on a plot of 662 m2, from which you can enjoy stunning views from both the interior and the exterior of the property. The villa has a built size of 198 m2 plus a storage area of approximately 50 m2.

The access to the property is from the upper level of the plot. At road level, with is the same as the entry-level of the villa, there is secure parking for several cars behind an automatic gate. From the moment you open the door, you will be impressed by the stunning view to the sea, the mountains and the Moorish castle of Salobrena, which is illuminated at night. On the entry-level, there is a welcoming entrance hall where you could create an office area and steps lead down to the bedroom level.
