This unusual villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Tropical, in the neighbourhood Los Pinos in Almuñécar. Enjoy the nice views from this property to the mountains, the town and the sea.
The first floor is the main level. Here we find a very bright and spacious living room with incredible views of Almuñécar and the mountain, the kitchen, which is very well distributed with plenty of space and a lot of storage capacity, a separate bathroom, and the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and sauna. There is also a laundry area, an office, and another small living room that is currently used as a gym. The entire floor is surrounded by a large sunny terrace with fantastic views.
The second level consists of a spacious living room that is equally luminous and with the same views as the main floor, a spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a sauna area on this floor. The third level consists out of two apartments. Each one has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the same floor, we can also find a large workshop.
On the fourth floor, which is the upper floor of the building, there is a large heated pool that can be covered during the winter or opened during summer.
