This country house is situated in the well-known area of El Puntalón, and no more than a 5 minutes’ drive from the city of Motril and all its amenities as the sea port for cargo and passengers, hospital, schools and medical centres, several commercial and shopping areas and industrial estates, in Motril you can find almost anything you could need, being the second most important town in the province of Granada, it also offers a great coastline and number of beaches, holiday resorts, hotels and golf courses.
