This sunny south-facing villa is located in Salobreña, considered the precious stone of the beautiful and unspoilt Costa Tropical of Granada, in Andalusia.It has tennis court, beach and golf course nearby, as well as easy access to the airports of Granada, Malaga and Almería.
This new villa is a pleasure for the senses. The sea views are uninterrupted and can be enjoyed both from inside and outside the chalet, although the best place to enjoy them is from the huge pool and the tropical garden that surrounds the pool. Sit back and enjoy all this beauty from the leisure area with colorful and comfortable cushions and seats. This is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset or the stars. We assure you that after a week here you will feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated and you will not want to leave!
This chalet was designed and built with the utmost attention to the smallest detail. There is no detail that has not been taken into account. It is a fantastic example of the best traditional Spanish design combined with all the elements of a modern and highly technological home. It lights up at dusk so it is as beautiful at night as it is during the day. If you are looking for a luxurious and quiet place, 'Villa Aer Domus' is the place for you!
As of 05/06/2022, the next guests are informed. In November and December, it will start the construction of a house on a plot near our Villa.

- Please do not make noises that may disturb neighbors after midnight.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Advance deposit of 30% required to guarantee your reservation.
- Refundable deposit: 800 euros
