This modern-style villa has 4 ensuite-style rooms and 4 bathrooms. Its construction was completed at the beginning of 2020. This villa is built on a land, whose total area is 600m². Its orientation is towards the south, making you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The views from the terrace are spectacular, so you can see the entire town of Salobreña. The living area of this villa is 180m².
This chalet is built on three levels. The upper level, through which you can access to the house, has a parking for two-three cars, likewise this level has three huge size rooms with beautiful views of the sea, from which you can access the terrace. On the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while you drink your cup of coffee or tea in the morning. You will love it!
The middle level is composed of a large avant-garde style living room, a kitchen and an ensuite room, all with direct access to the pool and jacuzzi. The infinity pool and jacuzzi have stunning views towards the sea. You can have a refreshing drink in the pool or jacuzzi while having extraordinary views of the sea. This level also has a wonderful fountain, also including a barbecue.
Finally, on the lower floor you can find a basement, where the washing machine is located.
This impressive villa is located in the Granada town of Salobreña, more specifically in the prestigious Alfa Mar Urbanization. The beach and the town of Salobreña are less than 10 minutes away by car, as well as the nearby golf course. It is only 25 minutes from Nerja, 50 from Granada, one hour and 10 minutes from Malaga airport and less than an hour and a half from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. The location is perfect!
