This sunny south-facing villa is located in Salobreña, considered the precious stone of the beautiful and unspoiled Costa Tropical of Granada, in Andalusia. There are tennis court, beach and golf course nearby. It has an easy access to the airports of Granada, Malaga and Almería.
This brand new chalet (2020) is a pleasure for the senses. The sea views are uninterrupted and can be enjoyed both from inside and outside the villa, although the best place to enjoy them is from the huge pool and the beautiful tropical garden that surrounds the pool. This is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset or the stars. We assure you that after a week here you will feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated and you will not want to leave!
This chalet was designed and built with the utmost attention paid to the smallest detail. The building is modern in style with numerous windows from all rooms and the living room gives us a feeling of spaciousness and enormous space.
It has gym and play area with billiard and dart.

- Please do not make any noise that may disturb the neighbors after midnight

- 30% advance deposit required to guarantee your reservation.
