This wonderful villa with private pool and spectacular views of the Costa Tropical, named Villa "Luz", is located in the most prestigious urbanization of the Costa Tropical, specifically in Urbanization Monte de los Almendros, considered one of the 10 most exclusive urbanizations in Spain, located in Andalusia in the south of Spain and belongs to the municipality of Salobrena (Granada). Villa Da Luz is very well communicated, only 100 km from the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria. The location and access to the Urbanization Monte de los Almendros is very easy, as it is close to the N-340 road that connects Malaga with Almeria and only 2.5 km from Salobrena and 10.5 km from Almuñecar, the tourist town par excellence of the Costa Tropical (Granada).
This beautiful villa has been refurbished with high quality materials and finishes. It also has several terraces where the pool and barbecue are located with spectacular views of the Costa Tropical and its region.
It is oriented to the southeast which gives us sun and light during most of the day. Watching the sunrise from this spectacular villa is a privilege. The views of the Mediterranean Sea are spectacular. You can contemplate the beaches of Salobrena with its rock in the sea, Motril, Torre Nueva and other urbanisations such as Playa Granada where you can find the golf course Los Moriscos with 18 holes. This same view at night is impressive, seeing everything illuminated. On days when the moon is full, the sight of its glow reflected on the sea is an image impossible to forget.
Villa Da Luz has been built on 3 floors. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (inside the house) and a toilet in the pool area, a spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen. It has a private uncovered carport for two or three cars, several terraces, garden, sink, excellent swimming pool.
The access to the villa is through a main door or a gate where there is an uncovered carport for two or three cars.
The urbanisation has a splendid recreational area, consisting of a large swimming pool for adults, a children's pool and swing area, tennis court and football pitch. These facilities are open all year round and can be used and enjoyed by the clients of this villa. There is free Internet access.

This is one of the most important parts of this wonderful house. It is composed by a splendid terrace where the swimming pool of 10 x 5 m, depth 1,40/1,60 m and a splendid bar with sink and a bathroom are located, as well as a big lawn area and sofas where you can rest. From anywhere in this area you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Costa Tropical and its region and the wonderful Andalusian sunshine, as well as the pleasant temperatures of the Costa Tropical.
This wonderful house/chalet/villa is equipped with individual air-conditioning units per room, which allows to have different hot/cold conditions in each of the rooms.
