This luxurious and spacious three-bedroom villa blends perfectly into the hillside surroundings in which it is situated. The house overlooks the Mediterranean Sea from its entire terrace with a large garden. It is located in a quiet area of Monte Los Almendros. You can also enjoy these incredible sea views from the swimming pool. You will definitely be tempted to spend hours relaxing in it!

Most of the house is at street level. At street level there is a private, uncovered parking area for 4 cars, plus a garage for one/two cars. As you enter the house, you will be greeted by breathtaking sea views - you will immediately feel that this is a place to relax and enjoy!

Once inside the house, a spacious living room spreads out with white walls, next to the lounge, a dining area, a modern integrated kitchen as well as a guest toilet. Beautiful designer lamps function as hanging jewels in this open plan area with unbeatable views of the Mediterranean. The living area offers everything you need for a cosy evening: a huge, comfortable 6-seater sofa. There is satellite TV, wireless WIFI connection.

The dining area has a large table for six people and a fully equipped kitchen . On one side of the island there are some stools where you can sit and talk to the cook and enjoy the sea views at the same time! Outside there is a large table with chairs that invite you to have dinner and wine.

On the same floor there are also two bedrooms. One of them "en suite" which has a double bed and access to the garden area next to the pool where you can wake up every morning with a dreamlike view. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The other bedroom is located next to the main door of the house, which has a double bed and access to the garden area.

Both the living area and the kitchen have large sliding glass doors, so you can move unhindered from inside to outside to enjoy the wonderful climate that the Costa Tropical of Granada offers all year round.

The pool area consists of the pool itself, a very large garden with sun loungers. The rounded pool is large and lined with blue tiles. The brick-built steps make it easy and pleasant to enter the water. On the terrace, there is an area with chairs so you can relax and enjoy the fantastic views and the sunset. Also here there is a table for eight people, so you can enjoy great meals and barbecues by the pool. There are two barbecues, one large gas barbecue which of course you can use and another charcoal barbecue.

The upper floor consists of a sizable bedroom with ample wardrobes which is accessed via a staircase from inside the house. It has a terrace with sea views. All bedrooms have fantastic views from the bed and sliding glass doors, which provide direct access to the terrace. Waking up in this villa is a pleasure!

This amazing villa has many extra touches and details, your comfort and enjoyment is guaranteed. The whole house has air conditioning and heating installed, which allows the temperature to be controlled independently in each room. There is also a washing machine/dryer.

The recreational area of the urbanisation where this villa is located is only five minutes away. Guests have free access to the communal areas, such as the tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool, football pitch and playground.

The beach, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute drive away. Access to the airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easy. If you manage to get out of this wonderful house there are many things to see and do in the area, such as the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, where you can enjoy beautiful walking and hiking routes. Sierra Nevada is less than 75 minutes away, so from November to April you can ski in the morning and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are also nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada and Malaga.
