Beautiful townhouse in La Caleta, Salobreña – the perfect holiday home with sea views near the beach.
Through the cobbled, steep, narrow and winding streets of the fishing village of La Caleta de Salobreña, we reach one of the highest parts of this white village. We find the house at street level, with a slight orientation to the East. Upon entering the first thing we see are the traditional terracotta floors aged by years of use. The entrance hall gives way to a bathroom on the left with a shower and immediately after a room with double bed with white woodwork window. On the right-hand side we have another double room also with window to the outside, so both rooms have natural ventilation and lighting.
The stairs give access to a living room with benches made of bricks with an exterior window overlooking both the terrace and the landscape, a small wall separates it from a small room that serves as a library, pantry and additional space. This space could easily be incorporated into the adjoining room and thus gain in space and light.
A staircase leads us to a kitchen tiled in cheerful colours and with a large horizontal window on the bench and the stove from which you can enjoy a pleasant and unbeatable views of the rock of Salobreña in a straight line, the sea, the beach and the Moorish castle.
The kitchen has generous dimensions and it is very easy to imagine oneself having breakfast with the first lights of the day, or having dinner with the light of the sunset. The kitchen has access to the outside terrace which has an ideal size for sunbathing, or enjoy the Fresco in the hot summer evenings. This terrace has a staircase that communicates externally with a double bedroom en-suite with wooden floors painted in blue. This room has the best views of the house and is very spacious and bright. This bedroom has access to a spacious terrace with even better views than the terrace on the main floor.
This house can be accessed from different streets; however, it is important to take into account its location if you have walking difficulties.
