This luxury villa with heated pool is located in one of the most prestigious residencial areas of the Costa Tropical.Situated in Andalusia, in the southern  Spain, specifically in the urbanisation of Alfamar, which belongs to the town of Salobrena (Granada). This House/Chalet is very well communicated. It is only 100 km from the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria. Almost all the way is in motorway.

The location and access to the House/Chalet and to the urbanization Alfamar is very easy, as it is easily accessible from the N-340 road that connects Malaga with Almeria, just 6.3 km away and 8 km from Almuñecar (Granada) one of the most touristic towns of the Costa Tropical.

The house/ villa is located in the residencial area Alfamar. Alfamar is located on an amazing hillside in Salobreña on the Costa Tropical, only ten minutes from the nearest beach. Only detached villas can be built on the urbanisation, which guarantees guests absolute relaxation, views and privacy.

This luxury villa has 306m2 of living space. This House/Chalet for rent has been designed for relaxation, sea views and enjoyment of all the facilities it has. It has been built with quality materials. With the maintenance of its facilities year after year.

The House/Chalet has a south orientation, which gives us sun and light during the whole day. With this orientation and the construction of the house, the aim was to allow the greatest possible amount of light into the house without disturbing it.

The orientation of the House/Chalet for rent with heated pool gives us incredible views to the villages of La Caleta, La Guardia, Salobrena with its rock in the sea and its Arabic Castle built on the top of the village, Playa Granada (with its golf course with 18 holes), Motril with its Port and Nautical club, Torre Nueva where you can see its beaches and the Mediterranean Sea in all its extension.

These villages are located in the middle of a large fertile plain formed by green fields (once cultivated with sugar cane, nowadays more destined to tropical fruits). On one side of the large plain are the beaches and on the other the mountains of Sierra Lújar. All that you can see from this house cannot be explained in this description, you have to come to the tropical coast to see it.

The sunsets from this house/chalet are spectacular with a mixture of colours between the blue of the sea and the sky, and the red and violet tones of the sun. It is an opportunity not to be missed in life.

This villa has two garden areas. The owner takes care of it with care and delicacy as he has a great passion for vegetation. At the back of the house there are some fruit trees (apple and banana trees).

This House/Chalet is built on three levels.

- Level (0)It is at the street level where the private covered parking is located with the first entrance door to the house.

- Level (1) is an en-suite bedroom. (This bedroom is optional, only available for groups of 9 and 10 guests)

- Level (2) is the entrance to the interior of the house, where there is the living-dining room, separate kitchen with toilet and laundry room, and a bedroom en suite. Leading out onto a terrace gives access to another bedroom en suite.

- Level (3) is the pool area with barbecue area, two bedrooms in suits and a toilet for the pool area.

On level (0) we enter the house through a black door. We go up several steps to level (1) where we find a black door and access to two wooden doors. The door on the left is the bedroom in suits. If we continue going up we reach level (2).

Level (2) This level leads to a landing that gives us access to a door to enter the interior of the house or another access to the part of the fruit trees and then to the swimming pool. We choose the entrance to the interior of the house, where we find to the left and in front of us the spacious living room, with good large windows and exit to a terrace that communicates with the swimming pool, we also have the kitchen on the right hand side very well equipped, a half bathroon and the laundry room, next to the kitchen we have a bedroom with a large bathroom en suite with shower. Through the living room we have an exit to a terrace where we find a bedroom en suite, a large garden that runs along the south side of the house and the ascent to level (3). 

On level (3) It is the pool area with views to the sea and the town of Salobrena, with a chill out area with a charcoal barbecue, we also have two in suite bedrooms with a small fridge in each one and a toilet.
